Wow! I had no idea that I could request Family Pet Mortuary instead of who my vet regularly uses. My vet had estimated 3 weeks to get our Oreo back, and that was too long for me to wait. You had his remains back to me in 3 days and were there to truly support me as I navigated this heartbreaking event. Thank you for suggesting the little urns so each of my grown children could have a remembrance of their favorite childhood pup. We will always remember your kindness.

Totally recommend this place to get your pet cremated at. We lost our dog unexpectedly and sudden and we were tight on money and the wonderful owner let us put a deposit and come back in two weeks to pay the rest in full and gave my guy. When we lost our beloved dog, Chewy, our veterinarian suggested Family Pet Mortuary for cremation services.
My husband and I did not know what to expect, however this company far exceeded our expectations. The box was lovely, and had a golden plate with her name engraved on it. Also included was a nice card, signed by the Crematory Director and witnessed. To top it all off, there was another card with a stamped medallion, as further evidence of their impeccable standards.
